Who We Are

We are a Tucson-based septic company working across Pima County, and the bulk of our work is the ADEQ transfer of ownership inspection that Arizona requires before a property on septic can change hands. We also pump, and we repair what the inspections turn up.

Why We Lead With Transfer Inspections

Because they run on a deadline and most of the industry treats them as a side errand. A transfer inspection that comes back slowly, or vaguely, or without the pump-out included, creates problems for a seller who is trying to close. We schedule around your close of escrow date, do the inspection and the pumping in one visit, and get the report back promptly.

What You Can Expect

• An all-in price. Inspection and pump-out quoted together, so you are not surprised by a second invoice.
• A straight answer on timing. If a repair will not fit inside your escrow window, we will tell you on the first call rather than after.
